Leadership Meetings
June 19 - CORE Council, 6:30 p.m.
July 3 - Creation Team, 6:30 p.m.
July 13 - Vision Team, 11:25 a.m.
What are the leadership teams, and what do they do?
Creation Team does visioning and planning of sermon themes and topics. Anyone can join this team.
Core Council makes decisions for the direction of the church, approves the budget and makes financial decisions. Anyone can attend the meetings as a non-voting observer.
Vision Core shares a Visioning process to receive God's vision for our church. Results are passed on to the Leadership Core. Everyone is invited to participate in this process.
Care Ministry Team will support our congregation in times of need. Contact Rose O'Connel to join this team.
Hospitality Team provides treats after Sunday Services. Contact Karen Quinn if you'd like to donate goodies or assist her on Sunday mornings.
Children's Program provides quality child care and meaningful spiritual lessons for our children. Edee Lunday will be training teachers to expand our program. You're invited to participate.
Social Team plans social events (potluck luncheon, spiritual cinema, hikes, etc.). This is a new team looking for support. Please contact John Longman, johnbl@quixnet.net, to join the team.
